Guangdong Xingshengdi Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shenzhen Xingshengdi New Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2008 and now located in Dongguan City, China, is a high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, production and sale of engineering plastic granules. XSD covers an area of 30,000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons, mainly manufacturing modified engineering plastic granules such as modified PC series, ABS, PC/ABS, PA6/66, PPS, PPA, PPE/PPO, PBT and other environmentally friendly plastics, which are customized according to our customers’ requirements (including but not limited to ultra-toughness, high rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, UV resistance, flame retardant 5VA and food contact materials) for middle and high-end market, and widely used for notebook computers, electronic and electrical appliances, small household appliances, 5G and outdoor communication equipment, photovoltaic equipment, energy storage equipment, security monitoring products, automobiles and other uses.
XSD has world-class production and testing equipments such as German-imported Leistritz twin-screw extruders, Brabender liquid metering scales, Autometik pelletizers, Zwick/Roell material testing machines, Zwick/Roell melt flow rate testers, Zwick/Roell heat deflection vicat softening temperature tester, Zwick/Roell izod impact tester, Japan-imported Shimadzu gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, Shimadzu Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, Shimadzu differential scanning calorimeter, Shimadzu thermal gravimetric analyzer and so on.
XSD currently has about 120 employees including a group of researchers who have been engaged in polymer plastics research for more than ten years. The annual sales revenue is about RMB 300 million. By the way, the company's self-built production base, which is invested with RMB 552 million, is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023 with an annual production capacity of up to 200000 tons.
